1.   How much are ASAP tools?
  

ASAPlink (for multi-users and multi-locations)

We are running a promotion for new ASAPlink customers. FREE Registration (a savings of $249.99) and a Monthly Fee of $99 for up to 3 locations (this is a monthly savings of up to $101).

ASAPlite (for single-users)

FREE Registration. Monthly Fee of $25 for one user with one location.

2.   How do I purchase this service?

3.   I cannot remember my user name and password.
   For the ASAPlink Staff Login:
Please speak with the password administrator of your company.
 
For the ASAPlink Administrative Site:
Log on to the ASAPlink Administrative site (www.asaplink.net/admin/). For the administrative username use the email address that you designated when you signed up for the service. The password was also designated when you signed up for the service. The Administrative Login area is different from the Staff Login area. If an employee asks you for his or her password for the Progress Reporting Site, you may retrieve it (or change it) by visiting the "Staff Account Users" link within the ASAPlink Management. Site
 
4. I entered my user name and password and it says that it is incorrect, I'm sure it is correct.
   Remember that there are two places to login:
  1. www.asaplink.net/login/ (for submitting progress reports)
  2. www.asaplink.net/admin/ (your administrative login). Be sure you are entering the right password into the appropriate login page. Hint: When setting up your login names, you may use the same name for both types of account access.

5.   How do I add a new client?
   Log into the administrative page, open the Add, Edit, Delete Client page (Click on Add New Client). This procedure works on adding new location, new staff members and new administrators. Remember to assign the new client to the appropriate location.
 
6.   What happens to my database if I discontinue the service?
   Your database will be deleted after 30 days. For a monthly fee of $49.99, we will store your database indefinitely. If you would like access to it in the future, it will cost $100 to reconnect you to it. After being reconnected, you will be billed at the current Basic Monthly Rate.
 
7.   In ASAPlink, Can I open a new location in another state?
   Yes, it is the same procedure as adding a new client. The difference is you will be charged a monthly fee of $25 for more than three locations.
 
8.   What do the numbers mean on the Management Report?
   The numbers represent the selected text on the individual Progress Report. Click "Legend" off of your management report page to view the numerical equivalents for your company's personalized management report.

9.   Where do the reports go once I submit them?
   They go to the email addresses listed under each client's name (visit: Add, Edit, Delete Clients off of the Management Page). When you register a new student, up to 5 individuals may receive a copy of their progress reports. Additionally, you can choose to have the progress reports sent to your location.
 
10.   What are the minimum requirements technically?
   Internet Explorer 5.5 or newer, Netscape 7.0, AOL 8.0 for PCs running Windows 98, ME, or XP and Internet Explorer 5.0 or Safari 1.2 on Mac OSX. Javascript must be working (enabled) and cookies must be permitted. If in doubt, set your security and/or privacy settings to medium.
 
11.   When I use my Back button on the browser the page is expired, why does this happen?
   This is a normal behavior; if you must go back a page; use the appropriate buttons within the program. Do not use your browser's back button.
